I just bought an awesome 1996 Ford Bronco from a private seller. He installed an aftermarket stereo in the bronco but lost the face plate. I need to remove the stereo that's in there and put in a different one. I cannot figure out how to take the stereo out of the dash. Do I need to remove the dash? There are no screws showing on the stereo or around it. Thanks for your help!
A: you need a fine edged tool to pop the casing loose, then you simply disconnect the wiring by pulling it loose from the connectors or clipping them. When you install the new one you will need to buy connectors.

A: I have a 1995 Bronco with the 351W. When it was stock. It got about 11-12 MPG around town. On the highway it got 14-15 MPG. Mine has a 4 inch suspension lift, 33 inch tires and 4.56 gears now. It gets around 9-12 MPG now. This isn't a vehicle you get if you care about fuel mileage.

I have an 85 ford bronco and i was wondering if there was a way to tighten the steering. Ive noticed that it has a lot of play and it gets really annoying.
A: There's a big bolt on the steering box that can be tightened. You need to loosen the locknut and turn the center bolt or screw a little bit at a time. Make sure there's grease in the box and don't over tighten it or the box will wear out very quickly. You may want to read that section of a service manual if you don't own one.

A: hard cold starts can b caused by all kinds of things such as incorrect viscosity oil all the way to worn out intake gaskets...and all things in between.....so yeah start with the tune up and go from there

A: The value of an old Bronco (if you're calling it a "classic" I'm assuming it's a '66-'77) can vary a lot depending on condition, mileage and options: $6,000-$17,000. Gas mileage is going to vary just as much depending on the engine and how it's been treated, but don't expect much.
If you really love and want it and can afford it I'm sure it would be worth it to get it, but I would never by a classic to use as a daily driver, especially as a first car. It would be a shame to put a lot of mileage and wear and tear and abuse on any classic vehicle.
