Q: How to fix a loose side view mirror on a GMC Sierra 2007 model?
I have 2007 GMC Sierra (New body style). My side view mirror on the passenger side is extremely loose. I would like to know how to repair it and make it tighter. Any ideas how to get into the mirror to tighten it?
A: The fasteners are accessed from inside the door, so you'll have to remove the inside door panel and tighten them up.
Q: Does the 2007 GMC Sierra have factory equipped XM satellite radio?
I can't get to channel 0 to get the radio ID number.

Q: Where would i find the AUX input on a 2007 GMC Sierra?
It has the button saying AUX but I cannot find the actual input for my i-pod cable to connect. Its a stock sound system with the truck.

If you don't have one there, then you must have one on the stereo itself. You would then have to run a wire from the stereo to somewhere accessible.
Q: how do you change the headlight on a 2007 GMC sierra pickup?
My low beam went out and I bought a replacement but I cant seem to get to the housing to replace the bulb. any suggestions?
A: Open the hood looking down at the top of the radiator support you will see two metal rods that go down through the support and through the head lamp assembly. turn the l shaped top out from under the retainer and lift them up and out. Now the headlamp should be free to pull out to get to the back of the assembly.

I have the heavy duty 7 pin harness in the bumper, but the one I won has a flat 4 pin connector, there is an adapter but I want to hide the wires, preferably behind the bumper
A: best way is to buy a 4way and either wire into 7way on back side where wires go in or simply splice into wires. wires on hitch cover are color coded same as wires into factory 7pin. spice 4pin into it rather than spiceing cover so you can remove it if you need to.

Q: I want to install an air horn in my 2007 GMC Sierra?
I want to be able to use both the air horn and the original truck horn separately by flipping a switch but I am stuck trying to figure out the wiring. Can someone give me a walk through or some kind of explanation to how it could be done.
I know that it would be easier but I want to be able to use my original horn button to be able to quickly honk the air horn
A: Most people just leave the stock horn as is, and add a seperate button for the air horns!
Q: 2007 GMC Sierra Brake problem?
2007 GMC Sierra brake scoring the brakes work fine but my right front rotor has a deep cut in it i have taken it apart and there is nothing digging into it. There is no squeaking,grinding, there is no lose from the brakes at all but a deep cut WTF?
A: My guess would be they were grinding bad at one time and when they resurfaced the rotors they left that score in instead of trying to cut it out and going under specs and then having to replace the rotor. It probably was from a past brake job, I wouldn't worry about it if nothing is hitting now....

A: Haha What's funny is i found exactly that piece. The Rear bumper cover. In a car wash. From a Cadillac with similar parts. Try your local cadillac or GMC dealer. AutoParts stores typically do not carry body panels.
