Q: Honda accord 2010 vs the toyota camry?
Just took at a look at accord and i think the interior has the luxury feel, not like the camry with the greasy green plastic. What you think? And yea, i need a car that not sleepy when driving so i can escape my avalon. IN ur opinion and experience, what is the problems that usually occur with the accord? and their build quality and reliability is high?
A: Accord- better resale value, more spirited driving feel, excellent reliability, nicer interior
Camry- excellent reliability, silky smooth quiet ride
I personally like the accord better, Honda's are rock solid and it shows in their resell value. The Camry and all Toyota's to me when I am driving them, I feel disconnected to the driving experience. Either way your getting a great car that should last for years. Honda is a engine company that prides itself on engineering, those engines will give you no problems. Just change your oil and drive.
Q: When will the 2010 Honda Accord be available?
A: It will be available in autumn of 2009.
Q: 2010 honda accord a better car then nissan altima?
help i'm buying a car tommorow
A: dang your buying it tommorow and you dont even know which you want? why so fast its not a small deal buying a brand new car or any car for the matter but do what you want.
And Hondas are more reliable than altima's.
Q: 2010 chevy camaro vs 2010 Honda accord ( first car)?
Ok, I like the new camaro and I have saved enough money up to buy a car so you guys might say how do you compare Honda and camaro but it seems like the camro is less money but I know tht Honda are reliable my mom has a 2001 Honda accord and it still going strong..it has 156,000 miles. Or should I get a mercedes c300 used? BTW, I am a guy. Just to let you know
wasn't trying to get a ss, a lt that's about 24,000 and the accord cost 31,905 fully loaded if I get a accord for that price I might as well get a Mercedes c300 then
A: I would definitely go for the Camaro. It has way more style and appeal on the road...I know I always catch myself looking at every Camaro I see going down the road. They probably won't have as good a fuel economy as the Accord, but the reliability shouldn't be an issue for the Camaro. Chevys run for quite a while too, my friends Malibu is still going strong with 169,000 miles. A much more significant amount of power would come out of getting the Camaro as well.
Go for the Chevy!
Q: 2010 honda accord VS 2010 nissan altima?
which 1's better?
A: Just depends Honda if you want Japan corporate to decide how to shift for you. Nissan Altima is available with a manual trans and CVT and 4 CLY 175 hp or V-6 with 265 hp. Either way your choice will be availability with the options and colors you want. AS always buy the very most car you can finance with as many cool options. Hard drive bluetooth steering wheel controls navigation and leather sunroof 18" wheels back-up camera. Both are very nice cars. There are lots of cars in the $19,000 to $36,000 price point. Hyundai Genesis, Toyota Camry, Ford Taurus. Remember this is something you may be making payments on for 5 or 6 years just how big you want your monthly payment. Get exactly what you want!
Q: Any body know why everyone has either a 2010 Mustang GT or an Honda Accord?
I mean, seriously, haha, everywhere I go I either see at least a mustand or an Accord in lest than 5 min.
Is there a sale or something for the new Mustang?
Because if it isnt, then why not just go and buy a Camaro lol.
A: Mustangs have a better reliability record than the Camaro and Honda's are the best. Check the Consumer's Reports. Personally, I drive a Ford Ranger, made by Mazda, great little truck.
Q: 2010 honda accord question?
Does the daytime running lights share the same circuit as the low beam? I'm thinking of installing hids.
A: I think so but ask a Honda dealer in another town in case you don't want your Honda dealer to know
this may affect your warrant.
Q: I just bought a 2010 Honda Accord. Will I be happy? This is my first Honda.?
A: And you will never regret it.
iWe had been all GM, but wanted something different. We narrowed it down to Toyota, Altima and Honda.
Toyota--- well, the salesman didn't impress us, Altima,. the styling didn;t impress us. We tried a Civic, liked it, but just felt it was a little tight getting into it.. The salesman suggested the Accord. We test drove one, it is presently parked across the street under a foot of snow! Hey, it's been almost 2 years ( 2008) and we love every inch of it.
Q: 2010 Honda Accord Coupe vs. 2010 VW GTI?
I know these two cars are practically in totally different categories but these are the two cars im looking at because i can get good packages for both for same price. can someone tell me why I should get one over the other??
A: This might seem like a relatively easy choice, as the Honda is larger and more powerful than the Volkswagen, but it's not really the better car.
I definitely would go for the Volkswagen in this instance. First off, even though it's smaller than the Honda, it's actually got similar interior room thanks to the hatchback body. I've been in them before, and I'm six feet tall and fit in the back seat comfortably, let alone the front seats. Also, the interior in the Volkswagen is much better in terms of quality than the Honda, which has received lower ratings because of this. Another reason I'd get the Volkswagen is the smaller size equals more nimble handling. It's much more fun to drive than the Honda, and it also gets better gas mileage while doing so. The Honda has more horsepower (271 versus 200), but because it's Front-Wheel Drive, it can't put all that power to the ground until you're over 35-40 miles per hour anyway, thus the advantage is negated until higher speeds. Lastly, the reliability of the Volkswagens have come up recently, and the Golf actually ranks higher than the Accord in reliability right now, so this time Honda can't play its' reliability card like usual.
If you're considering a sporty compact like the Volkswagen, you might also consider these models:
Chevrolet Cobalt SS - 260 horsepower, 2-Door and 4-Door
Honda Civic SI - 197 horsepower, 2-Door and 4-Door
Kia Forte Coupe - 172 horsepower, 2-Door
Mazda 3 Mazdaspeed - 267 horsepower, 4-Door
Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec-V - 200 horsepower, 4-Door
Scion TC TRD - 200 horsepower, 2-Door
Volkswagen Jetta GLI - 200 horsepower, 4-Door
The above models are all about the same price (low-mid $20,000s) as the Golf GTI. The Jetta is basically a 4-Door sedan and wagon version of the 4-Door Golf.
If you still want a car larger and more powerful, like the Accord, but still want only two doors, also look at the Nissan Altima SE Coupe and Pontiac G6 GXP Coupe, which are slightly smaller but just as powerful. If you don't mind buying slightly used, you can also add the Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS and Toyota Camry Solara to your list of options, as they were just discontinued a couple years ago and are also large, Front-Wheel Drive coupes with 260-300 horsepower.
Overall, if you're looking for something sporty, I would seriously consider a Rear-Wheel Drive car. You can get a V-6-powered Rear-Wheel Drive coupe for less than the Front-Wheel Drive Accord, Altima, and G6. These models come in at less than $25,000, have V-6 engines, and are much more fun to drive than the Accord:
Chevrolet Camaro RS - 304 horsepower
Dodge Challenger - 270 horsepower
Ford Mustang - 310 horsepower
Hyundai Genesis Coupe V-6 - 306 horsepower
Out of these, I would recommend the Ford and Hyundai the most. They're smaller and cheaper than the Chevrolet and the Dodge, which equals better performance, better gas mileage, and better handling, and they're also more reliable in recent testing. If you go for the Ford, make sure you get one with the new 3.7 Litre V-6, not the old 4.0 Litre which has 200 horsepower and is worse in gas mileage and smoothness as well.
I hope this has answered your question. If you have any more, please feel free to ask.
Q: Anyone has any information on what will be different with the Honda Accord Sedan 2010?
A: No information is available at this time however there should not be any major changes made. The mid model change for the Accord would be in the 2011 model year.
Q: Is Ford Fusion 2010 now better than Honda Accord?
Talking only between this two cars: HONDA ACCORD and FORD FUSION. It's been said Honda Accord has always been better car than Ford Fusion in many things.
Now that Ford rebuild the Fusion 2010 and added more things to interior, exterior, security, electronic, etc. Is now Fusion better car than Accord? Yes or Not?
Why Yes or Why Not? Explain.
Thanks
A: I despised both the Honda Accord and the Ford Fusion for bringing what all Americas enjoy, simpleness. But when I took a look at the Ford Fusion @ the auto show this year, I was surprised by its new desgn. Futuristic, modern and young.
I even drooled over the Ford Taurus SHO. The Ford Fusion Hybrid outbest all the other hybrid sedan by offering excellent fuel economy above standards. Everything was redesigned from the ground up. As I sat in the passanger seat, I felt confortable enough to enjoy the near-lux commodities that Honda offers with a premium price.
The engine options are upgraded including the new sports model: Ford Fusion GT with "ecoboost" (that's a weird word) which has more HP than the Mustang GT.
So yes the new Fusion is now a decent competitor and in terms of overall build quality and sales Honda is still the leading brand unfortunately.
Q: Honda accord Euro 2010?
Any one know when new Honda Accord Euro 2010 will be come in Australian market?
A: It should be out within the next few months, they usually start arriving late September.
Q: Honda Accord Coupe 2009 and 2010, Is there a difference body wise?
Is there a difference between the body styles?
A: The 2010 coupe will remain the same as the 2009. There maybe slight changes to the 2011 if Honda sticks to the usual schedule of updates.
If you moved to the sedan there are only interior changes.
Q: How loud is the 2010 honda accords 270 watt audio?
Buying car soon, just wondernig
A: it will make your music sound "full" but its not going to give you that overwhelming bass sound.
If you're looking for just good sound quality and don't want it very loud you should add that feature, BUT it is very expensive compared to if you were to buy the same things seperatly
Q: Nissian Altima 2010 or the Honda Accord 2010?
Im looking to get a new car...not too expensive thanks
Im going to LEASE
A: First of all, the answers are partially biased towards Honda due to the question being posted in Honda.. just a little FYI.. Overall, the Altima has been ranked higher than the Accord in Car and Driver's tests and Consumer Reports Buying Guide 2010. The Altima was also ranked the number one family sedan in 2009 according to Familycarguide.com. Familycarguide.com also states, that when driving the Altima, "...you can take heart knowing you are driving a cooler looking sedan than Accord or Camry." Also, the Altima doesn't fall far from the tree of it's relatives the 370z and the GT-R. The Nissan also has better city gas mileage (both city and highway). This has been proven by the EPA as well as many car test performed by multiple sites - Google Nissan Altima vs Honda Accord and you'll see the same results. Also, based on my personal driving experience, I have received 28 miles per gallon combined with mostly city driving and very little highway. Therefore, the Altima also gets a better cruising range in both highway and city driving. Also, the Altima has more horsepower and more torque as well as more options. The Altima is also lighter than the Accord. The Nissan also has more trunk room for storage. With regards to the CVT transmission, the warranty has been doubled from 5 years/60,000 miles to 10 years/120,000 miles. This was due to some people voicing concerns about the transmission. Some people experienced issues with the transmission's reliability. People were having their transmissions change the gearing on them after they had their tires spinning in snow for a long time. This is caused by a fail safe which is loaded when the car detects the tires are spinning so that you can gain traction again as well as a feature to save the transmission from being damaged. With regards to the technology inside the cars, the Altima beats the Honda by far. Honda has fallen behind in many aspects including premium sound systems such as the Nissan's Bose system. As far as leasing goes, the Nissan is also cheaper to lease while stile sporting a decent package. I have personally driven both an Accord and a Nissan Altima, and there's no doubt that Honda's have a very nice ride, but the Nissan has an equally decent if not better ride in my opinion. My parents have always bought Hondas ('95 Civic, '97 Accord, '00 Accord, '04 Pilot) but recently we found rust under the weatherstripping on the rear driver side and passenger side doors. The car is washed and waxed every weekend and is garage kept. It only had 39,000 miles when we found the rust (the weatherstripping started to have a rippled pattern). When we contacted Honda about it, they claimed that because it was 3 months out of warranty it was not their issue. We brought the car to a Honda body shop and they said that there was so much rust that they could not even repair it and the only option was to replace the doors. Rust doesn't happen over night especially the amount of rust that was under the weatherstripping. While having some Honda technicians look at the doors, their replies were that it appears that the screw in the channel was tightened too much from the factory causing water to get in and cause rust to occur. The other technician said that it appeared that the doors were never rust proofed. We were even told by dealership employees to pursue a lawsuit against Honda for the costs. Honda was not willing to chip in for the replacement costs, and Honda's reply was that there have not been any other cases reported and that the car was out of warranty so they were not responsible. However, the dealership where the car was purchased felt bad and chipped in 25% of the $5500. The whole side of the car had to be painted in order for the doors to blend. When the painters removed the side view mirrors, they found rust under there as well. Luckily that rust was repairable without having to replace the doors. Needless to say, I will never purchase a Honda ever again nor will consider purchasing another. After purchasing my Nissan Altima, I had a driver's side window switch that was not functoning as an automatic switch like it should. I brought it into the dealership and they replaced it free of charge. Then I had a passenger airbag sensor that was faulty causing the airbag to turn off when there was someone in the passenger seat. Brought the car into the dealership again, and they replaced that free of charge too. I have never had any issue with Nissan. The technicians are friendly and helpful, just like many Honda technicians. Everything is in favor of the Nissan Altima being the better car, but the decision is ultimately up to you. I hope you make the right decision.
